Returns and Refunds

We are confident you will be satisfied with the quality of our herbs. If for any reason you wish to make a return, please contact us with your order number to request a return authorization. We ONLY accept authorized returns of unused, unopened and it must also be in the original packaging received within 7 days. A restocking fee of 25% applies to authorized returns. For safety reasons, we cannot accept unauthorized returns or mismatched returns

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

At the customer’s request, we can provide shipping labels and deduct the cost of shipping from your return. If a return is a result of our error, we will cover the cost of shipping in both directions.
