What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept prepaid debit cards, checks or money orders.

FREE Delivery for Subscription Orders.

Shipping is FREE for all monthly subscription orders. Get started subscribe and save.

Shipping and Handling Charges.

Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses to process and ship your order.

When can I expect my order?

We’re so excited for you to receive your products. Orders placed before 3:00pm EST ship same-day excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders with standard shipping will arrive in 2-7 business days depending on your zip code.

We are do not ship to P.O Boxes, military addresses or internationally.

Tracking Your Package.

When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification with your tracking information. You can also track the status of your shipment from your Account.

My tracking says that my order was “delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If your order still hasn’t arrived 48 hours after it was marked as delivered, send us an email at [email protected]

Returns & Refunds

Return and Refund Policy.

We are confident you will be satisfied with the quality of our herbs. However, for any reason you wish to make a return, please contact us with your order number to request a return authorization.

We ONLY accept authorized returns of unused, unopened and it must also be in the original packaging received within 7 days.

A restocking fee of 25% applies to authorized returns. For safety reasons, we cannot accept unauthorized returns or mismatched returns

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

At the customer’s request, we can provide shipping labels and deduct the cost of shipping from your return.

If a return is a result of our error, we will cover the cost of shipping in both directions.
